What this cell does

  • Compare the fake profile against verifiable identity indicators.
  • Prepare the platform's impersonation report, which normally requires ID verification.
  • Publish an official clarification when an NFF identity is impersonated.
  • Track the platform's decision in your case.

What this cell will never do

  • We cannot delete, block or restore content on any external platform ourselves.
  • We do not act as police, prosecutor or court, and we never claim to file a police case on your behalf.
  • We do not trace, hack, unmask or surveil any person or account.
  • We do not access or take over the impersonating account.
