1. Stop the loss
Stop paying, stop replying and disconnect the affected device from shared accounts. Nothing is fixed by sending more money.
2. Preserve evidence
Screenshot the full screen with the date, the profile link and the transaction ID visible. Do not delete the conversation.
3. Secure the account
Change the password from a clean device, sign out of all sessions, and turn on two-factor authentication before anything else.
4. Report to the platform
Use the platform's own report and recovery form first — only the provider can remove or restore content on its service.
5. File a tracked NFF case
Open a case so a human reviewer checks your evidence, guides the referral, and you can follow the status to an outcome.
6. Escalate lawfully
Where it is justified, NFF helps you take a structured evidence pack to the responsible authority. NFF is not a government office.
Right to correct, right to appeal
If NFF flags something you published, you are told what the evidence is and given a fair window to correct it — unless it is phishing, malware, fraud, a threat, or a child- or public-safety case, which cannot wait. Every decision can be appealed to a named human reviewer.

The same standard for everyone
The same evidence standard applies to every religion, ethnicity, community, party, and to government, opposition, media, NFF itself and ordinary citizens alike. Criticism is not hate by itself. AI never declares anyone a criminal — it flags signals and a named human decides.
