Every complaint passes through verification before any platform report or referral is prepared. Reviewers confirm that the evidence matches the claim, that the reporter is genuinely affected, and that the requested action is lawful and proportionate.
What this cell does
- Check the completeness and integrity of submitted evidence.
- Confirm the reporter's relationship to the incident.
- Request additional evidence when the file cannot support a lawful report.
- Record the verification decision in the case audit history.
What this cell will never do
- We cannot delete, block or restore content on any external platform ourselves.
- We do not act as police, prosecutor or court, and we never claim to file a police case on your behalf.
- We do not trace, hack, unmask or surveil any person or account.
- We do not publish accusations against a named individual on the basis of an unverified complaint.
