What this cell does

  • Triage the severity of the abuse and escalate genuine safety threats immediately.
  • Help you organise scattered screenshots into a usable evidence pack.
  • Prepare a lawful platform report and track the platform's reference number.
  • Refer you to competent authorities and support organisations where appropriate.

What this cell will never do

  • We cannot delete, block or restore content on any external platform ourselves.
  • We do not act as police, prosecutor or court, and we never claim to file a police case on your behalf.
  • We do not trace, hack, unmask or surveil any person or account.
  • We do not contact, warn or confront the harasser on your behalf.
