Assisted support for persons with disabilities who face online fraud, benefit scams, accessibility barriers or abuse. A carer or family member may file with consent, and reviewers can complete the intake through a guided call-back.
What this cell does
- Accept assisted and carer-filed complaints with recorded consent.
- Provide simplified, step-by-step written guidance in Bangla and English.
- Flag accessibility failures of services used by our members.
- Route the case to a reviewer trained for assisted handling.
What this cell will never do
- We cannot delete, block or restore content on any external platform ourselves.
- We do not act as police, prosecutor or court, and we never claim to file a police case on your behalf.
- We do not trace, hack, unmask or surveil any person or account.
- We do not take control of your accounts or devices.
First steps right now
- 1Ask a trusted person to help you preserve screenshots.
- 2Never share OTP codes, even with someone claiming to be support staff.
- 3File the case under this cell and mention the assistance you need.

Evidence is stored in the private vault. Every access is logged and only the assigned review team can open it.
