Rate limits
Every service has an hourly request ceiling per person or device, configurable by staff.
Abuse detection
Repeated blocked prompts, injection attempts and flooding are logged and throttled.
Privacy filtering
Card-length numbers, NID-length numbers and OTP-style codes are masked before the model sees them.
Prompt-injection protection
User text is fenced as untrusted data; instructions inside it are ignored by policy.
Consent
Identity tools run only on records the requester owns or is authorised to handle.
Audit logs
Service, task, language, status, latency and outcome are logged for every call.
Confidence indicators
Each answer reports high, medium or low confidence and what would raise it.
Human escalation

Sensitive-action restriction
