The rules that govern membership, training, scholarships, payments and use of the Forum platform.

1. Membership
- Membership is personal and non-transferable. You must supply accurate information and genuine identity documents.
- A digital ID card is issued only after your documents are verified by Forum staff. Supplying forged documents leads to permanent cancellation.
- The Forum may suspend or cancel membership for fraud, harassment, impersonation or misuse of the Forum name.
2. Code of conduct
- Treat mentors, staff, clients and fellow members with respect. Harassment, hate speech and discrimination are prohibited.
- Do not use the Forum name, emblem or documents to imply government authority or to solicit money on the Forum's behalf.
- Do not share account credentials, and do not resell course material or certificates.
3. Training and certification
- Course access is granted to the enrolled member only. Certificates are issued after completing the lessons and passing the final assessment.
- Certificates carry a unique number and are publicly verifiable. A certificate may be revoked if it was obtained dishonestly.
4. Scholarships
- Scholarship decisions are made by the review committee and are final. Applications must be truthful; false income or institution claims disqualify the applicant.
- Awards are disbursed to the applicant's own verified account and may be published in anonymised award statistics.
5. Payments and refunds
- Membership and course fees are payable in Bangladeshi Taka through the listed channels. Always use the invoice number shown in your dashboard.
- Course fees are refundable in full if requested before the batch begins, and at 50% within the first seven days of the batch. Membership fees and issued ID card fees are non-refundable.
- The Forum never asks for advance payment for a job or contract. Report any such demand immediately.
6. Platform use
- You may not attempt to breach, scan or overload the platform, scrape member data, or misuse the public verification API beyond fair use.
- Content you publish remains yours; you grant the Forum a licence to display it within the platform.
7. Liability and changes
- The Forum provides training, guidance and verification services but does not guarantee income, employment or client outcomes.
- These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced through the official notice system.
