What this cell does

  • Give the provider-contact and dispute checklist for banks and mobile wallets.
  • Organise transaction references and screenshots into one dated evidence file.
  • Draft the written complaint and record the submission reference.

What this cell will never do

  • We cannot delete, block or restore content on any external platform ourselves.
  • We do not act as police, prosecutor or court, and we never claim to file a police case on your behalf.
  • We do not trace, hack, unmask or surveil any person or account.
  • NFF never accesses, holds or operates any bank, card or wallet account.
  • NFF cannot reverse a transaction or recover money.

First steps right now

  1. 1Call the provider's official hotline and ask for an account freeze — hours matter.
  2. 2Record the transaction reference, amount, time and counterpart number.
  3. 3Never share OTP or PIN with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from NFF.
