Every uploaded photo carries a record
- Source of the image and the photographer or credit line.
- Permission and consent status of the person shown.
- Usage rights and any attribution required.
- Caption, date and the context in which the subject appears.
- Administrative approval status before it can be published.
Review queue
- Sensitive, private or permission-less media is held in a review queue and is not published on upload.
- Photographs of students and children are held to a stricter standard and need explicit consent.
- Any person shown may ask for their image to be removed; the request is treated as a safety report.
