How to recognise fake jobs, fee scams and forged NFF documents — and how to report them.
NFF will never
- Ask for your password, OTP or wallet phrase — not by phone, not by message, never.
- Demand an advance fee to release a job, certificate or ID card.
- Collect payment through a personal mobile wallet belonging to an individual.
Verify before you trust
- Every genuine ID card and certificate can be checked on the public verification page by serial or QR.
- A screenshot is not proof. Only the verification page shows the real, current status.
- Notices carry a memo number and a verification token; check them if a document looks unusual.
