Device & Account Recovery Cell
Device & phone security support
ডিভাইস ও ফোন নিরাপত্তা সহায়তা
Every step below is something you perform yourself, on your own device, with your own consent. NFF never asks for a password, PIN or OTP, never connects to your device, and never performs remote access.
Account & session safety
অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সেশন নিরাপত্তা
Remove every login you do not recognise before you change anything else, then re-secure the email that controls your other accounts.
- 1
Open the security page of the account and review 'where you are logged in'.
Why: An attacker with an active session survives a password change on many platforms.
- 2
Sign out of every device and browser you do not recognise.
Why: This kills stolen sessions and tokens.
- 3
Recover and secure your primary email first.
Why: Email is the master key: every other reset arrives there.
- 4
Check the recovery email, recovery phone and trusted devices for entries you did not add.
Why: Attackers add their own recovery route so they can return later.
- 5
Review connected apps and remove anything unused.
Why: A forgotten third-party app can keep read/write access after a password change.
