Forum publishes its Technology Vision for 2030

The Forum has published its Technology Vision, a roadmap covering verifiable digital credentials, Bangla-first AI services, a national skills registry and an open verification API for employers and institutions.

The document commits the Forum to publishing its data-handling rules, keeping every credential publicly verifiable, and keeping core public services free for students.
