Policy note: digital safety recommendations for young internet users

The research desk has published a policy note with digital-safety recommendations drawn from cases handled by the Forum's cyber team.

The note covers account protection, safe sharing habits, recognising manipulated content, and how a student or guardian should preserve evidence before reporting an incident.
