• Save the exact link (URL) of every post, profile, comment or message.
• Note the date and time you first saw the content, and your time zone.
• Export the chat or message thread where the platform allows it.
• Keep original files — do not crop, re-save or edit an image you plan to submit.
• Record the transaction reference, wallet or account number in any financial case.

How your data is protected

• Evidence is stored in a private vault, never on the public site.
• Sensitive and minor cases are restricted to the assigned reviewer.
• Every case action is written to an immutable audit trail.
• Nothing is published without your explicit consent.
