This free handbook is published by Nationalist Freelancing Forum (NFF Bangladesh) as part of the open Digital Library. It is written for students, members, freelancers and the general public, and is reviewed before publication. Every title in the library is versioned. When guidance, tools or rules change, the handbook is updated and the version number is raised, so you always know which edition you are reading.
